Additional Pet Policy Information
Mandatory participation in Dog Waste DNA program. Pet Owners agree to present all dogs to the Management Office for a DNA swab within 10 days of the Lease start date. Pet waste that is not properly disposed of will be tested and matched. The Pet owner will be fined for not disposing of pet waste $300 per incident.
